Order Cancellation We do not allow orders to be cancelled, please engage in our refund process if you're wishing to cancel your order!
Order Refund (This is after receiving a shipping notification)Once you have received a shipping confirmation email, the product is out of our hands and we cannot change the address or cancel the order. However, to ensure your satisfaction with kokoro Beauty and lashes, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the day you order.Please email to info@kokorolashes.com to initiate the refund. To complete your refund, please send your product to 6450 Aumsville Hwy SE, Salem, OR 97317 , the item must be in original, undamaged condition. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your refund.**Make sure that your order number is located either on your package, or write it on a piece of paper and include it in your shipment back to us. If your order number is NOT included somewhere in your return package, we are not able to verify your order and provide a full refund**Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer's address, it is up to the customer to claim any missing, stolen or damaged items with the appropriate Postal Carrier.
Packages Returned to Kokoro Beauty and Lashes from USPS We often have items that are returned to us via the USPS for an invalid shipping address provided. We generally receive items in 1-2 weeks after we initiate the delivery process. Shipping labels are printed with the address that you input. Incorrect or insufficient addresses are the responsibility of the customer.We will reach out to you ONLY if you've given us an email. We do not reach out via SMS to provide this type of update.If you'd like to reorder your item(s) with the proper address, we will allow you 1 courtesy 'pay-for-only-shipping' order. Please respond to our RTS email stating you'd like to reorder, and we'll provide you with further details.We do not issue a refund in these instances.
Product Exchanges We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your order to 3012 Mooreland Ave Ne Salem, Or 97305 and re-order after receiving a full refund. We do not cover the cost of shipping return labels.After we received your item, please provide us two days to process your return. We will provide you with a full refund.*If you've used a discount code in your purchase, we will extend the discount code for future purchases*Items Lost in Mail/Not DeliveredOnce your package is in the U.S. Postal Service System, the parcel is out of our hands.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days. The amount refunded is the entire cost of product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
